Shipping policy

Warwick Screenprinting & Embroidery package our products at our workshop in Warwick QLD, ready to be delivered by our shipping partners Australia-wide. Customers in metro areas can usually expect their shipment to arrive between 10-14 business days from the date they place their order. Regional customers may experience slightly slower shipping times of between 20-25 days.

Our orders are shipped via Australia Post and are subject to their shipping times and any delays with Australia Post are out of our control. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19, domestic couriers are experiencing longer than usual shipping times. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time. Signature is not required on delivery.

We do not take responsibility for any incorrect address details provided. If your order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. If you fear that your order may have gone missing in transit, please contact us ASAP.
